Talenta Spirit Warrior

3rd +2 +3 +1 +3 Pounce, Bestial Hide +1
4th +3 +4 +1 +4 Bestial Aspect II
5th +3 +4 +1 +4 One With the Beast, Bestial Hide +2

Requirements: To qualify to become a Talenta Spirit Warrior, a character must fulfill all of the following criteria.
Race: Halfling
BAB: +7
Skills: +10 Survival, +10 Handle Animal
Feats: Track
Special: Rage or Frenzy, Wild Empathy, Animal Companion (must be a dinosaur), the character must perform a sacred “binding ritual” in which they, along with their tribe, sacrifice their animal companion in a respectful way, perform the proper prayer to Balinor, after which this animal is used in a giant feast for the entire tribe, and it is used to fashion the character’s new (if any) sacred hunting mask, forever binding their two souls as one, allowing the Halfling to become “one with the beast and the hunt” in Balinor’s eyes.

Class Skills: Talenta Beastmasters have the same class skills as the standard Barbarian class.
Skill Points at Each Level: 2 + Int modifier (or four times this number as a beginning character).

Class Features: All of the following are class features of the Talenta.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Talenta Beastmasters gain no new proficiencies in any weapons or armor.

Dino-touched Rager (Ex): Your spirit begins to blend with that of the animal companion that you chose as your ‘ritual beast.’ When raging you take on a more animalistic appearance, increasing in size, darkening in color, with a more feral aspect. This ability functions just as the barbarian’s rage in the PHB, except as noted. This ability replaces the character’s abilities to Rage and/or Frenzy, so whenever they would normally enter a rage and/or frenzy, they enter this state instead, increasing their size to medium and adding +2 Str to their old Rage stat bonuses. Levels in this class stack with levels in Barbarian to determine how many times per day they can enter a rage. For instance, a character with 6 levels of Barbarian and 5 levels of Talenta Spirit Warrior can rage 3 times per day, though he does not gain the Barbarian’s Greater Rage ability. If this same character were to take 3 levels of Frenzied Berserker, this would increase to 5 times per day, and this takes the place of their Frenzy.

Bestial Aspect (Su): Depending on the Ritual Beast you selected, you take on an aspect of said beast while raging.
Bipedal beast: The muscles in your legs become extra strong, and you gain a +10 ft. increase to your land speed.
Quadruped beast: You grow ferocious fangs and gain a bite attack that deals 1d6 points of damage.
Winged beast: You grow sharp claws and gain two claw attacks that deal 1d4 points of damage.

Wildshape (Su): Functions exactly as the Druid ability, except only dinosaur forms, unless you already possess levels in Druid that allow you to take other forms. This class’s Wildshape stacks with druid levels to determine how often the character can Wildshape and the size they can attain, but not the different types of creature.

Scent (Ex): Because of your blending with the beast, the hunt comes more naturally to you. Even while not raging , you gain the scent special ability. (See page 314 of the Monster Manual)

Pounce (Ex): While in a rage, the TsW gains the Pounce special ability. (See page 313 of the Monster Manual)

Bestial Aspect II(Su): Depending on the Ritual Beast you selected, you take on an aspect of said beast while raging.
Bipedal beast: You gain the Powerful Charge feat (see page 57 of ECS). If you already possess this feat, treat yourself as one size category larger.
Quadruped beast: If you successfully hit an enemy with your bite attack you latch onto the opponent's body and tear its flesh. This automatically deals an extra 1d6+1 1/2 x your str. modifier damage as the Rend ability.
Winged beast: You gain a +5 to jump checks, and you gain a special leap attack that allows you to jump as part of a move and if you land in a square threatening your opponent's, you can make one attack adding your jump check -15 to damage. You jump check must be sufficient enough to place you in this square and the distance cleared must be more than 15 feet.

Bestial Hide (Su): When raging, you become more of a blend of beast and Halfling, your skin toughening enough to protect you, giving you a +1 increase to Natural Armor. This bonus increases to +2 at level 5.

One With The Beast (Su): Your spirit and your Ritual Beast’s spirit fully blend into one, allowing you to become one with the beast when raging. While in a rage, you become Large sized, your rage stat bonuses increase as thus: +2 Str, +2 Con, +2 Dex. Also, you fully take on the appearance of a dinosaur/Halfling hybrid, with scaly skin, fangs, clawed hands and feet, etc. Giving you a +2 on intimidate checks while raging.
