Tempest and Bounding Assault [Archive] - Wizards Community

I was looking today and saw the Tempest PrC in Complete Adventurer, and looked at it's ability "Two Weapon Spring Attack", and wondered what would this do if paired with Bounding Assault or Rapid Blitz. It seems to me that this may allow for one to make two attacks per attack granted by Bounding Assault or Rapid Blitz, but i'm not quite sure.... If someone could help, that would be great
