The Best Monk Prestige Class [Archive] - Wizards Community

11-08-07, 03:19 PM Hey, I have come to this site to ask a question about the monk class. I currently have a level 25 monk in DnD and was wondering if I should go into a Prestige Class. I have seen a lot but none seem to catch my interest. So could any one help me out, I would really appreciate it. Thank you

OR

Give us much (as much as possible) more detail about your character and what direction you want to go. Then, we can give you some suggestions.

As Orenmir suggested, there are PrCs that are best at certain things - but no best monk PrC, objectively speaking. Besides, you're at epic levels... it's a whole different ball game there.

11-08-07, 04:13 PM There is one really nice epic Monk prestige class, The Perfected One. It requires Stunning Fist, Dodge, Combat Expertise, and 24 ranks in Concentration.

Its from Dragon #297, if you can somehow get your hands on it, or if you can find it online somewhere, its a very nice class.

Well my Monk has been in about 3 to 4 different campains and in all those campains he has had about 3 masters teaching him a new "Ability's" wether it came from DnD (Spells ect.) or Made up by the DM. His goal is to learn new fighting techniques and become perfict with his body and mind, ultimately becoming a "perfict" human. so ya thats pretty mutch what iam going with and i really do appreciate the suggestions if you could please post more.
