What can I say? I love the warlock class, and think eldritch glaive is a cool invocation. I was working on this with hideous blow, and then I bought Dragon Magic and found eldritch glaive.

The Eldritch Glaivesman
"Your weapon is a length of sharpened metal, dug out of the ground and beaten into shape.. My weapon is a part of my very soul."
--Zedrik Tarion, eldritch glaivesman

The eldritch glaivesman is a warlock with the soul of a warrior, one who learns to weld his eldritch blast into a physical form instead of a burst of energy. While many warlocks are capable of learning this trick, only the eldritch glaivesman possesses the discipline and drive necessary to attain mastery of the eldritch glaive, wielding it as easily as his own hands. What these folk lack in flexibility, they make up for in sheer danger.

Requirments:
Feats: Any two feats from the list of fighter bonus feats, excluding feats that apply only
to ranged attacks.
Invocations: Ability to use lesser invocations
Invocations: Eldritch glaive

Skill Points: 2 + Int mod
Class Skills: Bluff (Cha), Concentration (Con), Craft (Int), Intimidate (Cha), Jump (Str), Knowledge (arcana) (Int), Knowledge (the planes) (Int), Knowledge (religion) (Int), Profession (Wis), Sense Motive (Wis), Spellcraft (Int), Tumble (Dex), Use Magic Device (Cha).
Hit Die: d8
Weapon and Armor Proficiencies: None
Invocations: An eldritch glaivesman continues to learn new invocations, including new levels of invocations, although not nearly so fast as a standard warlock. At 1st, 4th, 7th and 10th levels, the eldritch glaivesman's warlock level increases by 1 for purposes of invocations only. This does not affect the eldritch glaivesman's eldritch blast or any other class feature.
Penetrating Glaive (Su): An eldritch glaivesman's class levels stack with his warlock levels for purposes of caster level checks, but only for purposes of his eldritch glaive. For example, a 6th-level warlock/3rd-level eldritch glaivesman's effective caster level is 9 for purposes of eldritch glaive, but only 7 for other invocations.
Swift Blow (Ex): An eldritch glaivesman learns to strike swiftly with his chosen weapon. At 1st level an eldritch glaivesman can attack with his eldritch glaive as a standard action, instead of a full-round action.
At 5th level this ability improves again; the eldritch glaivesman can now attack with his eldritch glaive as an attack action instead of a standard action. This enables him to make multiple attacks from a high BAB.
Eldritch Glaive (Sp): At every even-numbered class level (2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th and 10th), the eldritch glaivesman's eldritch glaive improves, dealing additional damage as listed. This damage stacks with the glaivesman's eldritch blast damage, but only for purposes of an eldritch glaive attack.
For example, a 7th-level warlock/2nd-level eldritch glaivesman does 4d6+1d8 damage with an eldritch glaive attack, but only 4d6 with a normal eldritch blast.
Eldritch Smite (Su): Starting at 3rd level the eldritch glaivesman learns to channel his energy into a single phenomenally powerful blow. This functions exactly as a paladin's smite evil ability, except that it can affect any opponent or object, not just evil ones, and only through an eldritch glaive attack. When he uses an eldritch smite, the glaivesman adds a bonus on the attack roll equal to his Charisma modifier, and a bonus on damage equal to his class level.
Forceful Blow (Su): Also at 3rd level, an eldritch glaivesman learns to channel more of his personal energy into every eldritch glaive attack. He gains a bonus on eldritch glaive damage equal to his Charisma modifier, but no higher than his class level.
Enchanted Glaive (Su): A 7th-level eldritch glaivesman learns to enchant his glaive, using his innate warlock powers to simulate the abilities of certain magical weapons. By meditating for 1 hour, the eldritch glaivesman may cause his eldritch glaive to mimic any weapon enhancement with a value of +1 or less (such as keen or flaming) that could be applied to a mundane glaive. Unlike an actual magical weapon, the glaivesman need not pay for the initial +1 enhancement bonus, since his glaive is composed of magical energy.
An eldritch glaivesman can change the enchantment upon his glaive by meditating for 1 hour, but can do this no more than once in any 24-hour period.
Reaving Glaive (Sp): At 10th level the eldritch glaivesman gains the ability, once per day, to transform his eldritch glaive into a reaving glaive. This is a swift action, and the reaving glaive remains for 1 round per class level. A reaving glaive is composed of jet-black energy that still seems to glow an eerie, violet hue.
In addition to the usual effects of an eldritch glaive, a reaving glaive has the following effects:

Deals full damage to objects, not half;
Inflicts 1 point of Strength damage on each hit;
Reduces spell resistance in a struck foe by 2 points per hit (if the foe survives, this is restored after 24 hours);
A foe struck must make a Will save (DC 20 + glaivesman's Charisma modifier) or be dazed for 1 round;
When used to kill, it provides the glaivesman with the benefits of a death knell spell.

Interesting.

Why bother with the BAB requirement? The lesser invocation requirement already insures that the character has a +3 BAB at the least.

I like the class a lot, but I cannot decide whether or not it has a little bit too much power to play with.

Because...um...that's how I roll! Yeah! It's not like I messed up or anything!
...changed.

Any specific thing that looks potentially overpowered?

No, the class just seems delicious. Better saves, better HD, better BAB... I just cannot escape the feeling that it is too delicious.

Ah! Now I see. I did not notice that the eldritch glaive d8's come at the cost of eldritch blast d6's; this ought to be just fine.

Nicely done.
