How good would you rate this PrC? I mean, it seems like a cool idea for any melee to have 4 levels so you can flank whenever you want the opputunistic strike is just cool. But what I want to know is what goes really well with this class? I was thinking either a Psychic warrior or just a fighter with wild talent or something but I'm not sure that'd work out too well.

I think it's quite versatile in what it offers. Psychic warriors/rogues, rogue/psions, wilders, monks/psionic fists, even fighter/warminds have some good reasons to take it. What character do you have?

The basic rules are we are starting at lvl 10, and I would wish to play either a half-giant/ human(barring half-giant) psychic warrior or fighter. I want to play psychic warrior becuase of the powers and bite attacks, etc, but the warriors full BAB seems to make that a moot point, and I dont' have to cast a power. Due to the level adjustment of 1, I was thinking making it a lvl 5 psychic warrior and a lvl 4 elocator to get its flanking ability. I don't want to play rogue since we already have one. I was kind of considering psion since I love them so much but why would I want that over a psychic warrior?

Why favor psions? Way better manifesting, of course, as well as more skill points due to the likely high intelligence score. The PPs they get are much more than those of PWs, and their powers are a lot more varied - Psiwarrors tend to focus on buffs. As for why choose PW instead of fighter, I think the PW buffs and abilities (deep impact, psiweapon, et) more than make up for the lost BAB both in term of numerics and possible options, and allow for a lot more customization. The only problem is the lack of a 4th attack that would come with 16+ BAB, but a little PrC or multiclassing (fighter, for example, if you're doing a core game) helps with that.

The elocater is a PrC for those who want more mobility than most. If you just want to be a heavy-hitter, it's not the most optimal PrC - but if you want to be tactical fighter, imo it's quite solid. Plus, as an added bonus, it brings some much-appreciated skill points to the table. Overall, it would depend on what fighting style you want for your character.

I guess that my head wants a front-liner that warps in, kicks butt, and doesn't nesecarily stay out front. I like the tactical abilities it brings and the fact that it balances out the psy wars saves(it's like an inverse, where the psy war is poor, the elocator is great) Really though, I'm looking for a published PrC for my psy war and elocator seemed to fill that niche in me :D

Elocators also have the nice ability that they don't need the "Up the Walls" feat. Their 1st level ability does that and much more (ceiling treks anyone?)

Doesn't seem like much, but it can be a huge advantage when used properly.

And you don't even need walls :) . Carry a bag or two of marbles/caltrops/anything that impedes movement, and have a ball. An decanter of endless water + a freezing spell can make you the king of the rink .

Couple of ideas...first off use the LA buy-off(look on d20srd.com) it will cost you 3000 XP. Spend It!!! Second try Untapped Potential from Dreamscarred Press(it is online) there is alot of good stuff in that book. 3 Half-Giant Paragon/2 PsyWar/4 Elocator/1 Abjurant Champion(Complete Mage) That would give you BAB +8 and ML 8 w/2 free feats. Or add 1st level ninja for wis. armor bonus and semi-skill monkey status. Use UTP psicrystal weapon feat(it gains feats that you can use; power attack, imp. intintive, quick draw all useful feats. You would have 4 at 10th level. Definitly use a deep crystal for it) also use the craft feats. ABUSE that XP for all its worth. Pay for psyhic reformation(4th level power so it should cost that much plus 125GP) to craft your sword/ armor, craft cognizant psicrystal(also from UTP) for 100 XP you can store up to your ML in PPs in it. Also use the Getting Wired article from minds eye for Psionic Tattoos, with a capacitior and transducer you can add low-level powers to yourself(they will cost double PP but with a mental tap they become swift) again pay to have this feat reformed use it to craft and then reform it again back to what you want. There is so much you can do it would help if you gave more of an idea of what you want. Also go put this up on the psionic board, people will help you out. Do Not use fighter levels unless you only want a little manifesting power. Hope I was able to help you some.

Psychic rogue or lurk works quite nicely, considering the easier flanking ability it gives you. I suppose a more unique spin might be a sidewinder monk (DR 331, monk variant with sneak attack) into Fist of Zuoken (dip) into elocator. Or scout makes a great choice too - they're the quintessential mobility fighter. If you go straight psion, I recommend egoist - they're probably best suited for the gish role.

how in the name of Nerulls nasal hair would he be able to qualify for Abjurant Champion?

Psionic adaption, I presume... It's not hard, but it will be a matter of homebrewing. Where is Half-Giant paragon from, though?

When did they let you take off the pointy hat and say you were allowed to speak?

Anyway, it says it right in the adaption section of the PrC. No homebrewing, no WotC is F****** psionics by never making ANY psionics support. Tweaking abilities is usually better(that is where homebrewing comes in) because mechanically magic and psionics works differently. But there is not really all that much that can or should be changed. The 4th level ability really clears up powers known space by giving you 3-4 1rd shots, not quite as strong as a power but very useful in a pinch.

Well.... the hat is gone.... was rather tasty ... though I should probably cook soup next time.... and its Said, not say.
That aside, I haven't read a lot into Psionics, though I do know that WotC has kinda abandoned Psionics (and Meldshaping) ..... haven't found a real interest in playing Psionics (I have class ADD, can't stay in a non-prestige class for more than 5 level unless its druid or artificer [both of which I haven't actually played either] xD) I'm also relatively new to the game.
