Another 3-level PrC I came up with that I'd like opinions on.

Prerequisites:
BAB: +9
Skills: Intimidate 8 ranks
Feats: Great Fortitude, Endurance, Toughness

Game Attributes:
Hit Die: d10
BAB: Full
Saving throws: Good Fort
Skill Points: 2+int
Class Skills: Climb, Concentration, Intimidate, Ride, Survival

Abilities:
Damage Reduction: Enduring warriors gain a degree of resistance to attacks made against them. At first level, they gain DR 1/-, which increases to 2/- at level 2 and 3/- at level 3. This DR stacks with DR of the same type granted from different sources.

Bonus Feats: At first level, and again at third, an Enduring Warrior gains Toughness as a bonus feat. At second level, an Enduring Warrior gains Diehard as a bonus feat. If he already has the Diehard feat, he may choose any other feat for which he meets the prerequisites.

Mettle: At third level, an Enduring Warrior gains the ability to shrug off certain types of attacks. Whenever an Enduring Warrior is subjected to an attack that allows a Fortitude or Will save for a reduced effect, he instead takes no effect on a successful save. Only those with a saving throw description of "Fort partial" or "Will Half" or similar entries can be used with this ability.

Because I'm not all into the PrC, I'm only going to say one thing: no improved mettle. With it SoDs never kill you, and SoSs never make you suck. It's waaaay too powerful ability out side of epic, and even then it's extremely powerful.

I am curious though: will you do one for will saves as well (you have fort and reflex).

since he more or less just copied mettle I'll note that the CD version does include Will saves....

For a three level progression, this gets you a whole lot of goodies. Full BAB, 6 points of(almost useless) DR, and Improved Mettle for barely stepping out of your main progression? A little much. Also, the 6 ranks in Concentration are a bit much for a full combat PrC. 6 ranks in a cross-class can cause issues for a fighter, and no caster level increases make Mr. Ranger a sad panda.

As for suggestions, I'd make the BAB requirement +9, give it a d10, DR 1/- per level, Toughness at first and third, Diehard as a bonus feat at second, and Mettle(the actual Mettle) at third.

Still a little powerful, but the requirements will keep everyone away until 9th, not just fighters.

Modified. I came up with this class after thinking about Ryoga's training to acquire the Bansai Tenketsu in Ranma 1/2, getting beat by a giant bolder until he got good enough he could find the point that would shatter it. By that point he could shrug off Ranma's punches with ease.

oh, ye gods..... toughness....
your better off demanding improved toughness as a prereq.... and your also granting the bloody thing?
heres a good comparison for you.
Fighter 9/Enduring Warrior 3, Currently: 12d10+con+9
Fighter 9/Enduring Warrior, with improved toughness and without the three toughness additions 12d10+con+12. Toughness is an increase of 3 hp... does nothing, one of the worst feats around, Improved toughness is so much better.
Please do find something more interesting.

Edit: heres a thought.... Defensive Roll but Fort based (and renamed of course)....
