So I was looking at some of the luck stuff in Complete scoundrel, and it sparked an idea, which I've rawed out here.

I'm thinking with the main power it should be an epic class requirement, but here's how it goes, BASICALLY.

(If not an Epic class: Weakest BaB, Weak Fort and Ref, Strong Will)

Requirements: 2 Luck Re-rolls per day. (Note feats, just the re-rolls, so a divine caster with the luck domain needs only one luck feat)
Able to Cast 10th level (or epic, unsure on this one) spells. (Or 4th level spells if Not an epic.)

~~~
Spellcasting: At each level you gain new spells per day and an increase in caster level (and spells known, if applicable) as if you had gained a level in the casting class you used to qualify for this class.
Lucky Talent: At Level 1 you gain the ability to Expend a Spell Slot/Prepared Spell to gain luck bonuses for 1 round.
Bonuses are Equal to the spells level on:
Attack Rolls, AC, Saving Throws, Games of Chance, Damage, Skill Checks, Ability Checks, Caster Level Check, Dispel Checks, healing. (Did I forget any?)
Lucky Save: You no longer treat natural 1's as an automatic failure at level 3.
Luck Mastery: At Level 5, you have mastered the power of luck. You must expend a 10th (Or Epic) level spell slot and you received +20 to your roll, as well as an automatic roll of 20 on the roll itself (this does not threaten a critical hit.
I threw in the caster level increases solely because it's an epic level class, if it's not, then that's gone, I would think.
I'm wondering also, if the Luck bonus should have a limit per day aside from the expending of the spell, especially the Luck Mastery one.
I know this is a rather poorly typed out rough draft, but I wanted opinions on it while I'm fleshing it out, especially since I've always been a poor judge of power. I tend to think things are vastly underpowered as to what they really are, so I either figure it's power as way higher, or too low.
Opinions are vastly welcome! Criticism too, as long as you're not a jerk about it :)
