Ok, first I want to say that this is my first PrC, so please dont be too harsh to me :)
With this class I wanted to catch the flavor of fighter/rogue type characters like Artemis Entreri. I drew most of my inspiration of the Rogue in World of Warcraft and tried to make a character who can deal a lot of damage in melee, is armed with two weapons but cant take too much damage.
I dont want to scale the BAB down, because then the class would be nothing different than a rogue with less skillpoints and a few different class features. If it's too powerfull then I would scale down sneak attack or the fort save.

The rogue fighter:
The rogue fighter is an agile fighter who relies more on precise hits than brute strength. His wepaon of choice is a pair of daggers. He doesnt care about honor or fairness, he just wants to kill his opponent as fast as possible but not without a good fight before. Rogue fighters are often hired murders, but more often they just try to live a decent life, even if it means they have to kill some people for it. Rogue fighters arent as hardy as fighters, but more agile and definitely more dangerous because one single hit from a rogue fighter can mean the end of the fight.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: A rogue fighter gains no additional weapon or armor proficiencies.

AC Bonus: The rogue fighter gains the bonus indicated in the table as a dodge bonus to AC as long as he wears only light or no armor.

Sneak Attack: As the rogue ability.

Poison Use: As the assassin ability

Two Weapon Fighting: At 2nd level, the rogue fighter is treated as having the improved two weapon fighting feat. At 6th level he is treated as having the greater two weapon fighting feat and the penalty for fighting with two weapons is lessened by 1. At 10th level he can fight with two weapons at no penalty. The rogue fighter benefits from this class feature only if he wears light or no armor and is fighting with two daggers.

Poisonmaking: The rogue fighter is so adept at making poisons that he gets the indicated bonus on all Craft (poison checks). Also, he can make poison from normal everydays ingredients. He can make only Injury type poisons in this manner. For other poisons he still needs the right materials. Crafting a poison in this manner increases the Craft DC by 5 but he can use nearly every material which can be bought in any city as raw material.

Weapon Specialisation: The rogue fighter gains the weapon specialisation feat for the dagger for free.

Cheap Shot: The rogue fighter can make an attack similar to the stunning fist feat. He can use this ability a number of times per day equal his rogue class level. He makes a melee attack as a standart action. If he hits the opponent must make a fortitude save (DC = class level + the damage dealt) or be stunned for 1 round.

Backstab: As a standart action (that doesnt provoke attacks of opportunity) the rogue can make an attack against a flat footet opponent. This attack has automatically a 15-20 threat range and deals triple damage on a critical hit. It deals sneak attack damage normaly but cant be combined with cheap shot. The rogue must be armed with a manufactured piercing weapon.
