Well I'm new to make prestige classes, so this might be wildly over or underpowered, but I'd like opinions and help improving it. (And sorry if the table is a little messed up, I'm not used to that thing yet)

The Serpent Scion

Prereqs:
BAB: +6
Alignment: CN, CE or NE
Skills: Knowledge (religion) 8 ranks,
Intimidate 5 ranks.
Feats: Great Fortitude, Dodge, Combat Reflexes
Spells: 3rd level divine.
Deity: Set
Hit Dice: d8
Weapon/Armor: The Scion gains no weapon or armor proficiencies.

The Serpent Scion:

Class BAB Fort Reflex Will Special Spells Prog. Skill/level
1 +0 +0 +2 +2 Weapon Specialization As Cleric
2 +1 +0 +3 +3 Ophidic Senses +1 divine
3 +2 +1 +3 +3 Fangs of Anarchy
4 +3 +1 +3 +3 Blood of Set +1 divine
5 +3 +1 +4 +4 Ophidic Body
6 +4 +2 +5 +5 Fangs of Chaos +1 divine
7 +5 +2 +5 +5 Viper Slash
8 +5 +2 +6 +6 Call of Set +1 divine
9 +6 +3 +6 +6 Fangs of Destruction
10 +7 +3 +7 +7 Avatar of the Serpentgod +1 divine

Weapon Specialization: The Scion gains the weapon specialization feat with
the Khopesh, Shortspear or natural bite (player's choice.)

Ophidic Senses: The Scion starts to gain snake-like features. This feature
grants the Scion Scent as a bonus feat and Darkvision 60ft.

Fangs of Anarchy: Whenever an Scion makes an attack with a shortspear,
khopesh or a natural bite it treats the damage as if the weapon had the
anarchic descriptor.

Blood of Set: The Scion's blood become poisoned and all succesful natural
attacks that hit (and therefore make contact with the blood) must make a fortitude save (DC= 10+Scion class level+Con Modifier)or take 1d3 Strenght primary damage and 1d3 Constitution secondary damage. In addition, the Scion becomes immune to poisons (magical or otherwise).

Ophidic Body: The Scion becomes even more snake like. At this stage, it gains
+3 on Reflex and Fortitude saves, +2 to Dexterity and +2 to Constitution scores.

Fangs of Chaos: The Scion's weapons of choice becomes even more aligned with the forces of chaos. Whenever an Scion rolls a critical hit with a shortspear, khopesh or a natural bite, it does 1d10 extra damage, or 2d10 if the creature is of lawful alignment. This improves on the
9th level, doing 2d10extra damage or 4d10 if the creature is of lawful alignment.

Viper Slash: The Scion is able to cut his own flesh to add poison to his attacks. Whenever a Scion begins it's round, it can choose to add his poisoned blood to his weapon. This does 1 point of damage to the scion and is considered a move-equivalent action. The damage and DC for the poison is the same from Blood of Set.

Call of Set: The Scion is able to harness the snake servants of his master,
becoming able to call 2d6 medium vipers as a spell-like ability 1x/day.

Fangs of Destruction: The Scion's arsenal is the embodiment of chaos. Whenever the Scion makes an attack with a shortspear, khopesh or natural bite against a foe of lawful aligment, it triples it's critical hit range.

Avatar of the Serpentgod: The Scion achieves ultimate glory, by becoming the enbodiment of their god's wrath. The Scion gains +2 to Strenght, Constitution, Charisma and Dexterity scores, +2 bonus to natural armor, Improved Grab as a bonus feat and his poison abilities are boosted to 1d4 primary/secondary damages or 1d8 primary/secondary damage if the target is of lawful alignment.

Fluff: The Serpent Scions are an ancient cult of set, formed mainly by yuan-ti, but the original members recruited all sorts of races with the promise of becoming beings of great power. Few survive the persecutions, the snake bites and the foul, chaotic rituals of the cult, but those who
manage to do it gain the favor of set and the fellow cultmembers, and are inducted in the path of the Serpent Scion. The cult itself is in decline, as the followers of Set dilluted over the years,
but the fame and renown of the feared Scions and the lure to become one of them is a signal that both the worship to Set and the Serpent Cult will never die.
