Avatar Essentia Capacity: At 1st and 4th level, the essentia capacity for the truesworn incarnate’s Incarnate Avatar soulmeld increases by 1.
Persistent Avatar: Because of her extreme devotion to her alignment, the souls of those who exemplify it are drawn to a truesworn incarnate. A truesworn incarnate always has the Incarnate Avatar soulmeld shaped, with essentia invested in it equal to the truesworn incarnate’s class level. This does not count against the essentia or soulmeld totals for the truesworn incarnate, although she may invest more essentia into the soulmeld as usual.
Force of Belief: Starting at 2nd level, a truesworn incarnate can use Order’s Wrath, Holy Smite, Chaos Hammer, or Unholy Blight (she gets the one who’s descriptor matches her alignment) as a spell-like ability 1/day. At 4th level, she can use it 2/day.
Improved Radiance: Starting at 3rd level, a truesworn incarnate can invest essentia into her incarnum radiance ability as if it were an incarnum feat. Each point of essentia has a different effect based on alignment:
Law: You gain a +1 bonus on melee attack rolls for every 2 points of essentia, and a +1 bonus on melee damage rolls for every point of essentia.
Good: You gain a +1 bonus to AC for every 2 points of essentia, and a +1 bonus on all saving throws for every point of essentia.
Chaos: You gain a +10ft. increase to your base land speed for every 2 points of essentia, and a +1 bonus to ranged damage rolls for every point of essentia
Evil: You gain a +1 bonus to melee damage for every 2 points of essentia, and a +1 bonus to AC for every point of essentia.
Word of Belief: At 5th level, the truesworn incarnate’s ability to smite those who defy her alignment is truly realized. She gains Dictum, Holy Word, Word of Chaos, or Blasphemy as a spell-like ability 1/day. Once again, she only gains the ability appropriate to her alignment.

Flavor: The truesworn incarnate is supposed to be an ultimate enforcer of her alignment. She is well equipped to strike down anyone who opposes her alignment. She is also constantly under the physical effects of her alignment in the form of her Incarnate Avatar and Incarnum Radiance. This PrC gives up some class abilities from the Incarnate, and gains more "smite infidel" power.

Please, give me some feedback. I want to know whether this is balanced, if anything is unclear, or if it doesn't fulfill it's intended purpose. Praise is also acceptable.

Interesting idea. my only nitpick is that D&D does not use the average progression for saving thows. Either do the poor progression or the good progression. I'd go good progression on the fortitude because the Incarnate has it good as well.

I thought the average progression could be used for Prestige Classes, but it appears I'm wrong. The progression is now Good.

Any comments on balance?
