| pmurray@bigpond.com04-26-07, 01:08 AM | If I take levels in Boodclaw Master, how does that affect the progression of my character with respect to what level of maneuver he is allowed to take. Specifically, I am thinking of Rog 1 Warblade 1 Rog 2 Rog 3 Rog 4 Bloodclaw Master 1 Bloodclaw Master 2 Warblade 2 Now, with BCM you get more maneuvers, but only from the tiger claw school. Do the BCM levels permit this character to take Emerald Razor (a level 2 Diamond Mind strike) at that second level of warblade? |
| Decado_Rill_Eldhe04-26-07, 04:22 AM | pg 37 Tome of Battle, section Multiclass --> your initiator level is 1 x level, for each level of martial adept class, 1/2 x level, for each other class. pg 97, Tome of Battle , section Maneuvers: "you add your full BCM level to your total initiator level and you highest level maneuvers known." So, in the build you post, your characters has the Initiator levels: Warblade 6 (2 Warblade + 4*1/2 Rogue + 2 BCM) with this level you can choose any maneuvers of 3° lvl or less (see table pg 39) that are allowed for the Warblade (if you take a level of warblade). Instead if you take a level of BCM, the initiator level is the same, but you can olny take maneuvers from Tiger Claw School. It's a bit complex... i hope i help you... |
