Hello, a shadow blade can activate one of the powers of his/her unseen weapon.

Can the shadow blade activate several powers or is it only one power at once time ?

What is the spellcaster level for a shadowsmith ?

Thanks for your future answer.

RE: Shadow Blade. They activate their unseen weapon powers as swift actions, if I remember correctly. That means only one/round...until 10th level, when they can activate unseen weapon powers as free actions (though they are still limited by the amount they can activate/day: 1 x class level/day).

So, a character can activate several powers but on several rounds.

For example, after 5 rounds, the weapon can have 5 active powers. Did You agree ?

RAW, you could do that. Do note that under each individual unseen weapon ability, the specific ability in question normally affects 'your next melee attack'. So, you could spend 5 rounds boosting in this fashion, but it would literally boost 'your next melee attack', regardless of whether you FAA or not.

At level 10, however, you can boost all you'd like in 1 round, as doing so is now a free action.

If a power is active on an one attack, is it useless, no ?
It's not if a character has the weapon in his/her hand ?

A character has only a free action in a round.

Useless? No. But, what else would you do for 5 rounds besides spending a swift action to activate your unseen ability? You obviously wouldn't attack if you are wanting one uber attack at the end of round 5. This is all circumspect, of course, but in my experience most combat encounters last less than 5 rounds.

You can activate one power that applies to your unseen weapon at a time. A creature can take as many free actions as they like in a round, but are limited to one swift/immediate action per round. So, a shadow blade could spend several rounds prepping a single powerful attack, or prep the attack and execute it in the same round at level 10.

A shadowsmith gains mysteries through class levels, so caster level is class level, since no alternative is stated.
