I am in love with the Planar Shepherd prestige class thematically. I absolutely love the idea of transitioning toward an outsider, and it fits in with the campaign we are running (Shackled City). I of course still like the outsider ideas, but can anyone give me some ideas on how to make this prestige class a little bit more balanced?

What should I do regarding the planar bubble, and the ability to wildshape into? According to the CO boards, you can wildshape into solars, or noble djinn, etc. I simply want something fair, while still cool.

All help and ideas are appreciated!

I know there are a couple of other threads regarding Planar Shepherds, but none that asked the same question.

Make the player pay costs for Wishes etc as if they were casting a spell, rather than a SLA. 5000xp hits you pretty hard.
Remove the time traits from Planar Bubble.
Remove a level or two of the spellcasting.
