"Some would say I have bound my soul to too many powers, but in truth it is they who are bound to me!"
Bealor Kartallion, Twice Bound

The Twice Bound combines the powers of soul binding with the eldritch power of the warlock. Members of this class have unique abillities to synergize the powers granted by those two sources.

BECOMING A TWICE BOUND
Some Warlocks find the power of soulbinding tempting and learn, through the vestiges they bind, the dark powers that fuel them or their own research of ways to bring both sources of power to synergy.
Some Binders feel the tugging of an eldritch heritage, and following their very nature, discover how their learned craft of soul binding can be brought together with the powers of their blood.
Some who have sold their souls for the power of the warlock seek in turn to bind other souls, or even the vestiges of once great souls to them.

Weapon Proficiencies: A Twice Bound gains no new weapon or armor proficiencies.

Soul Binding
At each "Eldritch Pact Maker" level, your soul binding ability improves as if you had also gained a level in the binder class.
Thus your "Eldritch Pact Maker" levels and binder levels stack for the purpose of determining your bonus to binding checks, the effectiveness of your vestige-granted abilities, your ability to bing higher-level vestiges, and the number of vestiges you can bind.
You do not however, gain any other benefit a binder would have gained.

Invocations
At each level, you gain new invocations known and an increase in caster level as if you had also gained a level in an invocation-using class to which you belonged before adding the "Eldritch Pact Maker" level.
(This includes eldritch blast). You do not, however gain any other benefit a character of that class would have gained.

Suppress Sign
At second level, you gain the Binder class feature of the same name (see ToM 11).
If you allready have that class feature you gain the expell vestige feat instead.
You gain this feat even if you do not meet it'S requirements. If you also already have this feat, you do not gain a further advantage from this class feature.

Eldritch Empowerment
Starting with your 3rd level, you can Empower one of your spell-like abillities, as if you had used the Empower spell-like abillity feat on it.
You can only use this abillity while you have a Vestige bound. If you use this ability you must choose one abillity granted by a currently bound vestige. You cannot use that abillity during the next 5 rounds.
You can use this abillity 3 times per day. Eldritch Empowerment does not stack with the empower spell-like ability feat.

Pact Augmentation
When you have reached 4th level, whenever you bind a Vestige, you can choose one additional pact augmentation.

Pact Surge
Beginning with 6th level, you can use an abillity granted by a vestige that, once used, cannot be used again for 5 rounds a second time before it cannot be used for 5 rounds. If you do this, you cannot use your Eldricht Blast for 5 rounds.

Eldritch Soul
When you reach the 7th level, dealing with both eldritch powers and vestiges has hardened your soul to the point that nothing could scare you anymore.
You gain immunity to fear.

Tipping the Balance
When you reach the 8th level of Twice Bound, you learn how to tip the balance of the forces you use to your advantage.
You can bind one additional vestige over and beyond your usual maximum number of bound vestiges if all your bindings are good bindings, but if you do so, you must show the signs of all currently bound vestiges and are subject to all their influences in inconsistent patterns. While using this ability, you also loose use of one invocation of your choice from among the highest level invocations you know or of your eldritch blast.
Also, choose one invocation of the highest level of invocations avaible to you.
If you bind one Vestige less than you could bind, not counting Tipping The Balance (e.g. if your EBL is 8, allowing you to normaly bind two vestiges you must bind only one Vestige), you gain the use of this Invocation.
If you gain the chosen invocation as a regular invocation known, you immediately chose a new invocation for that Tipping The Balance applies to.
If gain access to a new level of invocations, you may chose a new invocation for Tipping The Balance to replace the invocation that Tipping The Balance currently applies to.

Eldritch Quicken
When you've reached 10th level, you learn how to draw power from a bound vestige in order to quicken one of your invocations or your eldritch balst.
You can quicken one of your spell-like abillities, as if you had used the quicken spell-like abillity feat on it. You can only use this abillity while you have a Vestige bound. If you use this ability you must choose one vestige you have currently bound. You cannot use any abillities granted by that vestige during the next 5 rounds.
You can use this abillity 1 time per day

Transfiguration
Also when you've reached 10th leven, the continous presence of alien powers within you has warped your body and soul: You type changes to outsider and you gain the native subtype, you gain damage resistance 10/magic or cold iron and you gain energy resistance 5 to any two energy types of your choice.
