I'm working on a prestige class for the elite elven soldiers of the elven nation in my campaign setting, and i was wondering if you might give me a hand:)

Warrior of the Elven Guard

In the Founding days of Tyr-Fasul, a great warrior called Querion Delanios was one of the driving forces in the new elven kingdom. Having distinguished himself in the war against the Darksoul Lords, he was appointed general of Tyr-Fasul. For many years he served his king and country, and he taught many young elves in his unique fighting style, using only his two swords and wearing no armor. When he passed away, his three greatest apprentices formed an order based on his fighting style, incorporating it into the elven military. During the war with the Drow, this elite unit was given the duty of protecting the high king, and guarding the capital. They where never relieved, and to this day, their primary function is still protecting the high king. The Warriors of the Elven Guard are almost legendary for their loyalty and willingness to carry out any order the High King may issue.
Due to the requirements one must possess at least some fighter levels, and often it is pure fighters who enter this class. It is not uncommon, however, for multiclass Fighter/Rangers to enter the class. Paladins often have issues with the requirement that the order demands that they put the orders of the High King above everything
Hit Dice: d8

Requirements
To qualify to become a Warrior of the Elven Guard, a character must fulfil all of the following criteria.
Base Attack Bonus: +6
Skills: Knowledge (History) 4 ranks, Tumble 4 ranks.
Feats: Dodge, Mobility, Combat Expertise, Weapon Focus (Longsword), Two-Weapon Fighting, Weapon Specialization (Longsword).
Race: High Elf or Gray Elf
Alignment: Any Lawful
Special: The Character must receive training from another Warrior of the Elven Guard.

Class Skills
The Warrior of the Elven Guards class skills (and the key ability for each Skill) are Concentration (Con), Handle Animal (Cha), Heal (Wis), Knowledge (History) (Int), Listen (Wis), Ride (Dex), Sense Motive (Wis), Spot (Wis), Survival (Wis), Tumble (Dex).
Skill Points Each Level: 4+Int modifier

Class Features
All of the following are class features of the Warrior of the Elven Guard prestige class.
Longsword Dedication (Ex): At 1st level, the Warrior of the Elven Guard receives advanced training in the combat style taught by Querion Delanios, called Querios, and he may treat Longswords as light weapons in regards to two-weapon fighting.
Improved Longsword Dedication (Ex): At 3rd level the Warrior of the Elven Guard becomes even more skilled in the practice of the Querios Style and are allowed to use weapon finesse while dual-wielding longswords.
Defensive Stance (Ex): At 1st level, a Warrior of the Elven Guard masters the most basic move in all of the Querios style, the Defensive Stance. He gains the Ability to enter a stance where he gains his class level as a shield bonus to his armor class. He can only enter this stance while dual-wielding longswords, and if he drops, or otherwise loses on of them, he immediately leaves the stance. To maintain the Stance, he must spend a move action at the beginning of every round to maintain the stance. He can remain in the stance for 5 rounds, where after he can either leave it freely, or he can remain in it, but he must take a DC 5+1 per previous check Concentration check, or lose the stance. If he leaves the stance unwillingly, he is fatigued. He can enter the stance once per day freely, and even after that he can enter it again by making a Concentration check DC 15+5 per previous check. If he fails he cannot try again until he has had 8 hours of rest.
Uncanny Dodge (Ex): At 3rd level the Warrior of the Elven Guard becomes able to react to danger, without even truly realizing it is there, and retains his Dexterity bonus for AC even while flat-footed.
Offensive Stance (Ex): At 4th level, the Warrior of the Elven Guard becomes so proficient in the Querios style that he masters the Offensive Stance. 1/day the Warrior of the Elven Guard may enter a stance where he gains an insight bonus to attack and damage equal to half his class level rounded down. He can remain in this state for a number of rounds equal to half his class level. Like the defensive stance, he must be wielding dual Longswords and wearing no armor. H e may not be in both the offensive stance and the defensive stance at the same time. Unlike the defensive stance, he does not have use a move action to maintain the stance, but he does have to make at least one melee attack each round, or he is forced to leave the stance. At 7th level he may enter it two times per day, and at 10th level he may enter it three times per day
Improved Defensive Stance (Su): at 6th level the Warrior of the Elven Guard receives training in the supernatural aspect of the Querios style and may, 1/day per ten ranks in Concentration, enter a special defensive stance, gaining a deflection bonus instead of a shield bonus. Otherwise this works exactly like the ordinary Defensive Stance.
Improved Offensive Stance (Su): at 8th level the Warrior of the Elven Guard may apply his supernatural training to his offensive stance, and 1/day per ten ranks in Concentration, up to the number of times he may enter the ordinary offensive stance, he may enter a special Offensive stance, granting him an extra attack with each of his Longswords at his full base attack bonus plus any appropriate modifiers. This is not cumulative with effects like haste, or other effects that do not stack with Haste. Otherwise this works just like an ordinary Offensive Stance.
Perfect Stance (Su): At 10th level the Warrior of the Elven Guard may enter the ultimate stance of the Querios style, gaining both the effects of the Improved Defensive Stance without having to spend a move action, the effects of the Improved Offensive Stance without having to make a melee attack (although it is usually made anyway), Spell resistance equal to his character level +15, and a +4 insight bonus to all abilities. This stance is extremely draining on the Warrior of the Elven Guard, and so it can only be maintained for a single round. In addition at the end of the round, the Warrior of the Elven Guard must pass a DC 25 Fort save or fall unconscious for 1d10 minutes, and be exhausted when he awakens. If he succeeds, he is simply fatigued.

This is really weak. Really, really weak. You have to dual wield longswords, and you gain a +5 AC bonus, or a +5 attack and damage bonus at 10th level, and only a few times per day?

Also given the fact that only the vanilla elf and the non-fighty subrace can enter, and it requires a 6-7th level fighter to spend all their feats on qualifying?

Hmmm. TWF and defence doesn't really synergise well. You're either going to have to give them some kind of bonus damage, or don't use TWF. Try and stay away from per-day abilities with martial classes, they need all the help they can get.

First, good job man, this is a really good concept. But there's thing that need to be modified. First, the requirements, I can understand the 4 rank in history because of the whole thing about the creator of the the style and all, but I can't really the 4 points in Tumble. In my opinion, you should ask 4 ( I'd say like 10 ) points in Concentration since it's so often use in the abilities of the class.
The defensive stance is good really, it makes one weakness when dual-fighting disappear (not having a shield that is). But, the improved defensive stance need re-working because it doesn't change at lot, I could even say it doesn't change at all. You could, I don't know, increase AC versus attacks of opportunity, increase the DC versus disarming effect or others. Both attack stance are good, don't have a lot I could say about those. For the perfect stance, the effects are good, but doesn't last enough to be really effective, and the drawback are way too heavy for it to be worth using. You should consider extend the number of rounds you can stay in that stance. Also, you should consider to increase the number of time you can get into defense and attack stance (You could even remove those daily use, that really weakens the class). Also, you should not give to many abilities at the same lvl. You should move either Longsword Dedication or Defensive Stance at lvl 2 (I'd say Longsword Dedication) and Improved Longsword Dedication or Uncanny Dodge at lvl 5 (I'd say Improved Longsword Dedication). Also, you should consider giving Improved Uncanny dodge at lvl 9.

That's all I had to say
Aura

Edit: You should make a real table. It's all written in my sig.
Edit 2: Consider increasing the hit dice to 10, consider removing one of the feat in the requirement. Consider putting a good fort save instead of a weak one.

To qualify to become a Warrior of the Elven Guard, a character must fulfil all of the following criteria.
Base Attack Bonus: +6
Skills: Knowledge (History) 4 ranks, Tumble 4 ranks.
Feats: Dodge, Mobility, Combat Expertise, Weapon Focus (Longsword), Two-Weapon Fighting, Weapon Specialization (Longsword).Looooooooooooooooong list of feats. Plus, only fighter can get in. Both are bad concept, as it would make as much (if not even more) sence to let the Ranger qualify.

Longsword Dedication (Ex): At 1st level, the Warrior of the Elven Guard receives advanced training in the combat style taught by Querion Delanios, called Querios, and he may treat Longswords as light weapons in regards to two-weapon fighting. Two questions: Why don't you grant bonuses explicitly to Elven Thinblade too? Why don't you allow the longsword to be usable with finesse with this ability?

Improved Longsword Dedication (Ex): At 3rd level the Warrior of the Elven Guard becomes even more skilled in the practice of the Querios Style and are allowed to use weapon finesse while dual-wielding longswords. Now, that's a really bad idea. Any elf with weapon finesse will already use Thinblade and try to convince DM that longsword's bonuses apply to it. Make Longsword finesseable at first level, grant all bonuses to Longsword, Thinblade and maybe Lightblade, and make up some ability instead of this one. I'd suggest Dex to damage.

If he fails he cannot try again until he has had 8 hours of rest.Put abilities in order! Per day limit is nonsense.

At 7th level he may enter it two times per day, and at 10th level he may enter it three times per dayno of round should be equal to class levels. No per day limit.

Otherwise this works exactly like the ordinary Defensive Stance.By the time he gets this, he will have items that stack with shield bonus. Probably those items will provide deflection. This ability will make them unusable.

So the deal is - for a single round he gets +5 to attacks and damage, +10 to AC, 32 Spell Resistance. Abjurant Chamipon can lift a shield for +7 (or more?) AC, more than negating elf's BAB bonus, wait a turn and then coup de grace unconscious guy. Plus, anyone knowing this PrC will drain their Con and lower their Fort in any way they can, thus making unconsciouses a sure thing. If this is meant to be a signature elven army, anyone will know that trick. just anyone.
