| fastspawn06-29-07, 12:20 PM | I recalled sometime back there was this thread where the author of the Inivisible Blade PrC said that because the original PrC was 10 levels and they took out 5 levels and all the throwing feats, they should remove the prereqs for entering said class (Point Blank and Far shot, leaving only WF(dagger)) So the question is did they officially do that, or is it just the creator's opinion? |

Wizards of the Coast has a notoriously restrictive policy against revising published material through errata, ie no matter how many people keep making "fighter/sorcerer/whatever are underpowered" threads, they will never actually release an update that changes them. For example, a lot of people complain that the hexblade is underpowered, especially after the duskblade was published. The author of the hexblade, well-respected Mike Mearls, agrees that the hexblade is probably underpowered, and recommends some of these fixes (http://boards1.wizards.com/showpost.php?p=10585113&postcount=11), but WotC will never turn them into official errata. |
