Weapon Masters are they extinct? [Archive] - Wizards Community

07-11-07, 08:20 PM So sitting down and remember the good old days of 3.0 I was wondering if they brought back the weapon master in 3.5 or did the scrap that…if they scraped that I was wondering if any of you fellow dungeon raiders have come up with a conversion? Along these lines I was also wondering if they brought back the berserker from the deities and demigods?

07-11-07, 08:38 PM There's an exotic weapon master prestige class in Complete Warrior. Dunno if that's what you were looking for, but I like it.

07-12-07, 01:02 AM With the normal DM approval ofcourse, the old Sword and FIst weaponmaster is playable almost exactly as originally printed. I think the only fix really needed is to change the "Expertise" requirement to "Combat Expertise"

07-12-07, 02:49 AM Yep. If it is 3.0, it is still playable - with the necessary corrections from skills and feat names - until a new version comes. IIRC the OA update in Dragon 318 brought all PrCs to 3.5 standards, and it did not make any big changes to the Weapon Master.
