No rerps yet either I did a good job on this PRC or this is just the calm before the storm!

Oh and if you are wondering why I made it so feat heavy, it is because they are ment to be specalist in their unique way of fighting and also I thought that it would help with the balance of giving them ablilties simular to the Weretouched Masters, and the Moon Speakers.

I think there are two resons you aren't seeing a lot of traffic.
1) Eberron just isn't that big. (Those of us who play it like it, but a lot of people don't really care for the flavor)
2) And more importantly, this PrC relies on a lot of non-core material. Dragon Magazine fighting styles, nonstandard advancement for BAB and Saves, etc.

I like the idea of Shifter Monks; Shifters make great Monks; however, their natural weapons, claws and teeth, tend to be suboptimal compaired to a Monk's unarmed damage. One feat allows you to change between B, S, and P damage.

It looks like you took WereTouched Master from ECS and used it as your template. This is not a bad thing, I like WTM, particularly pre-nerf, but your class is awful close. I think a Monkx/Rangerx/WTM with the Ascetic Hunter freat (CV) is strictly better in this role/niche.

It was a flavor idea, I read the artical in the mag and thought why not try it, if your wondering what the little benifit of the style is just PM me, because I have no clue if it is ok or not to say it on here due to the gameing codes.

Oh and in reguards to saves and BAB; I basical made this a 1 core class 1 PRC build idea and took the BAB and save prog of the standerd monk for lvl 11-20, put it to the singel digets and made it to where you do not get and special save or BAB bonus thought this class as a balance in adition to all the pre-req feats takeing up all of you pre PRC feat slot choices to balance the effects of the Unshackle the beast ( agumentsed alternate form from WTM's, the bonus shifts due to the lack of shifter feat's you can gain in this in addition to the adding of the Wis bo nus to duration, and the Wis bonus given to you while wearing the new-moon shackles, I mean think about it 2 of the feats you get prior to entering this class are shifter feats, so that is 1 shift added to the 1st you get makeing it 2/shifts per day, after all 10lvl's you have 7/shifts per day makeing it +14 wis, giveing you a Ac bonus of 11+ ( 4 from the standerd,+ 7 from this+ what ever your normal wis score intail's) Not to mention the litte improved shifting is a modified verson of a moon speaker ability, taht gives the same bonus.

Oh and if you can't find the feats above look in to the crystal keep feat PDF or the dragon mag if you can get it.

Class looks cool, though as many here on the PrC forums know I am not a fan of the ToB. Never tried playing a Shifter before, but now it might be interesting.

Also, LWP, you might want to try fitting your class into one of the PrC cheat sheets I have. The link is in my sig, and the thread is stickied in the PrC forum as well.

Good job, and I will take a closer look at it later this evening.

I like this class alot, but i have i couple questions or ideas. Thier should be other requirements or not such a stipulation. I mean it being so feat heavy and lvl requirements, almost every WTM is gonna be exactly the same, more or less. If you made this into a 5lvl prestige class and made it more able for other classes, I believe it would work out better for an option.
For example: when i first saw this post I had an idea of something that would look like this Shifter(Razorclaw) Monk6/Barbarian4/Fist of the Forest3/WTMonk?
Maybe you could make the alignment any non-chaotic
Just my 2-cents
