what to do after enlightend fist [Archive] - Wizards Community

05-21-07, 05:04 AM i have a halfling warlock monk and i have just goten to lvl 10 in enlighten fist
sence i dont want to haft to chose at this point between my monk abilitys and my eldric blast powers if there another class that is simular to the EF

05-21-07, 07:08 AM Hmm, I don't know of another arcane monk class, what about anything that boosts your BAB and casting? I don't have my books with me, but Abjurant champion is your best bet if you can qualify simply due to BAB, casting, and HD. If you can make your DM consider your blasts to be equivalent to spells for its various features, you're golden. If not, Eldritch knight might work if you have the proficiencies.

Other than that you have to either choose to boost your warlock mojo or go for monk goodness. In case of the latter, the Shou Disciple from UEast should work out well: good BAB, better flurry, and some more feats.

05-21-07, 09:23 AM Maybe talk to your DM about playing an arcane Sacred Fist (CD)? Or check out Complete Scoundrel. Many have +1 caster level classes and while not really monk, there are plenty that give you rather unique, um um monkish abilities. Possibly something like Shadow Dancer might also be cool.
