For every magic class there seems to be a mix with another, Cerebremancer, Noctumancer, Anima Mage, Soulborn Caster, etc. Is there a reason why there isn't a mix between Arcane and Truename Magic? It isn't an unbalanced idea is it? Is it safe?

Probably because your abilities as a Truenamer are dependent on Skill checks, rather than class levels. With one feat, all of your classes advance your Truespeek skill, at the cost of higher-level Utterances.

This, coupled with the fact that Truenamer is a paradox, is probably the only thing keeping it from existing.

It's definitely possible. I can envision one that gets a limited caster level progression, a limited increase to utterances known, and then several synergistic abilities.

It would require probably a 2nd level Utterance, 2nd level arcane spells, the Truename Training feat and say 9 ranks of Truespeak.

Features might be increased ability with Truename Spells, the ability to sacrifice spells for bonuses to truespeak, and maybe a way to combine utterances with spells.
