Thinking of taking leadership so I can have a glass cannon follow me around.

The anarchic initate PRC looks pretty cool. a 25% chance to have your powers halved, 25% to do nothing (other than normal goodness!) and 50% to empower or MAXMIZE the damage!

punching a hole in the multiverse would eventually be the icing on the cake!

should my cohort be a psion or wilder... wilder would be good for extra damage but not much else, the psion it seems (with overchannel) would be more useful. like a swiss army knife (instead of a knife it would be a mind-laser thing)

Seeing as you need a 14th level Wilder (doesn't have Knowledge planes) or 6th level psion to enter (does have all knowledge skills): I'd go with Psion.

Wilder if your DM allows the feat Educated from the Eberrron Campaign Setting book. Educated gives you all knowledge skills as class skills, enabling a wilder to qualify for Anarchic Initiate as early as a psion can.

That reminds me, you might want to also check out the PHBII-style wilder variants in the Mind's Eye (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20070214a). The Educated Wilder variant gets multiple Expanded Knowledge bonus feats, which would allow it to fill in the gaps in your own power list. Don't forget that you can use another manifester's powers known as your own with just a few psicraft checks (XPH p64).

I actually made the will save to resist AA. It was hard to resist, but my hate for CP gave me a circumstance bonus.

I just use a staff of Shapechange to keep myself from being affected by Mind-affecting books. I know an artificer who owes me a bit of gold.
