| Bullvinne10-25-07, 12:46 AM | I have heard that if the Ardent was to take some non-manefesting class and the feat Practiced Manifester, it would get to cast level 9 Powers. But I dont see where it says it in the class features so can someone explain to me if its true and where it says it? Thanks. |

Look at the Psion class features table, then the Psychic Warrior table, then the Wilder table. Then look at the Lurk and Divine Mind. After you've done all that, look at the Ardent. See the column that's missing? "Maximum Power Level". All the other psionic classes in the game need a particular class level to manifest powers of a particular level. Ardents merely need sufficient manifester level. It's stated in the description of how they learn new powers: The Ardent may learn any power he has the manifester level to pay the PP for. Practiced Manifester increases your manifester level by four (to a limit of your hit dice), so you only actually need 13 Ardent levels to learn a level 9 power. |
