Is there a feat or a way that astral constructs can deliver your touch attacks?

AFAIK, there isn't. But it does seem a good idea for a feat and/or possibly a menu option for Constructors.

Astral Conduction [Psionic]
Prerequisites: Manifester level 3rd, astral construct power
Benefit: When holding the charge on a touch power, you can touch one of your astral constructs and expend your focus to transfer the power. Your construct is then holding the charge and can deliver it as normal.

Picked 3rd level as the requirement because that's when familiars can deliver touch spells. Expending focus is somewhat arbitrary, but it seems reasonable as this is at least as useful as most metapsionic feats.

Damn! I gots mes some Golden Ice(Exalted Deeds) I am trying get my astral construct to move for me, through some kinda new type of a dungeon territory or somethin like dat. What I is lookin for is a good stand up type of guy, sombody that ain't got nothin ta lose, and dhat works for free, maybe sombody from the same dicipline or family. The heat's down there, I need a middle man to take the fall, I can't afford ta get pinched tryin ta make my own Golden Ice delivery's. My astral construct would work as a good runner to deliver the goods... If yas know what i'm sayin!

To my knowledge there are no feats which allow you to deliver a touch attack power via an Astral Construct. That being said, there are ways around that using other vessels:

- Use a psicrystal. A 3rd or higher level manifester with the Psicrystal Affinity feat can create a psicrystal and send it out into battle to deliver touch attack powers. Unfortunately, it does put your psicrystal in some danger, which is never good.

- Manifest Psychic Scimitar. This 2nd level psion/wilder power (found in Complete Psionic or Sandstorm) can be used to deliver touch attack powers of 4th level or lower. It has few hit points (4), but is very hard to hit (incorporeal, AC = 22 + Int Mod, Improved Evasion) making it superior to the Psicrystal for this purpose in many ways.

Another option is to use an Elemental Steward* acquired via the Elemental Envoy feat (from Complete Psionic) to deliver the touch power.

- Use a Power Storing weapon. This (very questionable) tactic is as simple as storing a touch attack power into the weapon (up to 5 pp), then handing it to your Astral Construct to use against an opponent. Not an efficient tactic really (actions are wasted to exchange the weapon) but the touch power can be prepared well in advance.

This tactic is very questionable because of whether or not an Astral Construct could will the stored power into effect even if instructed to do so, since Astral Constructs are unintelligent. I would rule against it, but other DMs might not.

An alternative would be to hand the weapon to an Elemental Steward*.

There are likely other means I am not aware of deliver a touch power at a distance, probably stuff in Hyperconscious or some other 3rd party supplement which I haven't read (is there a reach power feat?).

* I do not support or encourage the use of Elemental Stewards, as I think they are conceptually flawed and a further waste of space (like so much other material) in the Complete Psionic supplement.

The only ways to have an AC deliver a touch attack are found in Untapped Potential, where you either transform your AC into battle-armor (and thus make its arms your own), or you stick your Psicrystal inside of an AC.
