Obviously there's a million and one uses of Metamorphosis for out of combat purposes but with those physical stats and assuming good weaponry and armor I want to keep using in a humanoid form, is it worth it to change into something else for combat? Most of what I find I'd actually be losing power by shapeshifting into something with lower strength for instance. If you have very good physical stats, can you benefit combat-wise by shapeshifting? |

If not... it might be tough. :P The Sun Giant and Firbolg both have higher Str, and might be something to consider. I think they are both in the Monster Manual 2, but I'm not 100% sure. Check here (http://boards1.wizards.com/wotc_archive/index.php/t-175846) for a list of forms available with Polymorph, and what they give you. |
