Thorden_Lyon 03-18-08, 10:41 AM	Hi, I am wondering the effect of this power. 1- The power says Area 50ft spread. What direction is the wind? I mean can you do a whirlwind or does it have to be a direction? 2- According to the DMG p95, you have to make a successful fortitude check to resist wind effect. But if you succeed, can you still move normally or like in hampered terrain? Or do you decrease the effect by one category like: blown away > knocked down > checked > no effect? 3- Can you change the force / direction of the wind each round? Thanks for answers
hogarth 03-18-08, 11:37 AM	1- Whatever direction the wind originally was in, + or - 90 degrees. If there wasn't a wind to begin with, I guess you pick a direction. 2- You move normally. 3- I don't think so. It sounds like you can change the wind direction once per use of the power.
