creating a psion [Archive] - Wizards Community

05-23-07, 01:05 PM i was looking into creating a psionic charecter for one of my games, and prefer attack and damage based charecters. i dont do well with support classes. one of my favirote charecters i played as was my master of the unseen hand, and would like to get something simaler. can anyone reccomend a good starting charecter type and prestige class?

05-23-07, 02:01 PM This might seem strange to you if you're used to playing casters... but psionic prestige classes all require the loss of at least one manifester level. Thus, the strongest psion will always be a psion, as opposed to the strongest wizard having no more than 5 (and sometimes as few as 3) actual wizard levels.

If you want damage and telekinesis effects, go for a kineticist.
