12-27-07, 05:11 PM i can't seem to be able to find how much does it cost to create a custum made psicrown, am i restricted to the ones written in the XPH, pomplete psionics and magic item compendium?

You can certainly create your own. The rules for pricing custom psicrowns can be found on page 181 of the Expanded Psionics Handbook.
