| Lord_Athos03-25-07, 10:33 PM | I very much like Dark Sun and would like to play with the new rules that are out for 3.5 Are there any print outs or any thing that can help me with the new rules. There are a lot of Psionics in this world. Any help would be appreciated Lord Athos |

| Tsuul03-26-07, 01:21 AM | And after you get the rules from the site Bacris posted above, you can go to the DS message boards. Most of the Athas.org ppl post there consistently. Wizards DarkSun message boards (http://boards1.wizards.com/forumdisplay.php?f=290) |
| DrMorganes03-26-07, 01:31 AM | The official update to Darksun was presented in Dungeon 110 (http://paizo.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/Store.woa/29/wa/browse?path=store/magazines/dungeon/110&wosid=dwWDnTIFPnzKnqxCFpXpOM) and Dragon 319 (http://paizo.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/Store.woa/29/wa/browse?path=store/paizo/dragon/issues/2004/319&wosid=dwWDnTIFPnzKnqxCFpXpOM). The aforementioned athas.org is more or less the "official" site for the setting these days. |
| Tsuul03-26-07, 12:50 PM | Both are equally official as far as WoTC licensing, but the site has done a much better job imo. The dragon article's are bleh. |

The guys at Athas.org (http://www.athas.org/) have done an excellent job. They might be a little slow at getting things out, but the material is teh excellente' when it comes out. |
| Tralan03-28-07, 06:50 AM | Don't forget the rules for arcane magic in a Dragon a few issues rior to the Dark Sun update. I like Athas.org, really i do. But there are some elements from the Dragon Mag updates that I also like. For instance, the races. You can easily mix and match from both sources, and they fit together really easily. I kinda Wish Athas.org had the money to print up an actual book. Not a complaint about their website, not in the least. But i think it'd be great. Ah well. I can dream of my favorite setting being seen at the printing press again. |
| Bacris03-28-07, 09:32 AM | I'm pretty sure Athas.Org wouldn't do that even if they wanted to, as it would require additional licensing cost from Wizards of the Coast. I believe I read on their site that the reason they haven't created any type of purchasable product is because of the licensing agreement they have with WotC. |
| cnahumck03-28-07, 04:03 PM | Also to let you know there are about 4 things in the works for release from athas.org. The slow release time is more a factor of site member free time (as there is no money) than anything else. |
