Typically, they don't update the info in the book until a later book, so pretty much every single printing of the Expanded Psionics Handbook is the same.

Psionics has errata!? :O

Pretty sure all the fixes and nerfs were in Comp Psi. Which is really just paying for errata and a bad book.

The 3.0 Psionics Handbook second printing had the errata included, it mentions it in the credit page just below where it says wich printing is the book.
