InkBlot 11-21-07, 05:01 PM	The only way, and this is basically DM fiat anyway, is to do a total character rebuild as per PHBII. This isn't the same as just retraining. This is something that whole sidequests are built around. DM fiat, basically, but with guidelines from a book. However, there are many ways for a psion to learn powers outside of his discipline list and the psion/wilder list. For example, Expanded Knowledge or Psychic Chirurgery. There are usually only two or three must-haves on any discipline list, so that should be enough for most circumstances. Also, since this confuses people surprisingly often, please note that any psion you can choose any power off of the psion/wilder list regardless of discipline.
