No, I don't believe it allows you to spend more than your manifester level .. (even though it - technically - saves you from spending ...)

I could be wrong on that, however ... :P

03-19-07, 05:59 PM No. It reduces the cost, it doesn't increase your augmentation limit.

Say you have a manifester level of 7. You can normally spend 7 power points on a power. With Earth Power (or a torc of power preservation), you can do the same thing, but only 6 points are deducted from your reserve.
