Viconus 04-15-08, 01:33 AM	Everyone says the 2nd level energy stun is a big deal...But partly because, it seems, it's an area effect. But the power description indicates it covers an area of 5 feet...Which is it? And can you target it to any group of people in sight, or can you not project through teammates?
Lycanthromancer 04-15-08, 03:21 AM	5 ft radius. This means it covers a 10 ft diameter, and that you can affect four 5 ft squares (or eight 5 ft cubes, if you're using a 3D grid). You can project the effect to any point at which you have line of effect (and either have line of sight or can specify perfectly, such as '25 ft in *that* direction'. Teammates don't block line of effect (barring odd circumstances), but they can block line of sight.
