P.33 XPH states: "Each time the (EPIC) Psion attains a new level, he learns two new powers of any level or levels he can manifest. P.33 XPH again gives another example of the Wilder being: " ... do not increase after 20th level (except through the use of epic feats). To me it seemed pretty clear cut & defined that a Psion gained more than 36 Powers once Epic, however I read in a thread on Epic Psions, that this had been "fixed" through unofficial errata", & was widely accepted. Does anyone have a source ? Also, CPsi (Inertial Armor up to ward off hate) gives the example of the Epic Erudite: "Each time the Erudite attains a new level, he learns two new powers of any level or levels he can manifest." If CPsi contains Errata, & the Psion & Erudite are "similar", wouldn't it be logical that the Epic Psion gains new powers each level ? (I realise this can be house ruled, but my interest was piqued.) Any advice appreciated.
Bacris 06-19-07, 09:26 AM	Unofficial errata is not the same as actual errata. Unofficial = house rule. The rules of epic psions are they gain 2 powers per level after 20th level. The rule of "However, a manifester's power points and powers known at each level do not increase automatically after 20th level" goes for ALL manifesters - psion, psywars, wilders, and then each class's actual epic class entry handles that class individually. Class rules trump over-arcing rules. This is to avoid people assuming that the psywar's 1 per level and the Wilder's powers known progression aren't assumed to automatically continue as they have from 1-20.
