| Psilar08-30-07, 07:43 AM | Complete Psionics P.153, Unique Powers per Day "...an erudite is limited to manifesting a certain number of unique psionic powers of each level per day from the repertoire of powers he knows..." Does this mean that at L20 he will be able to manifest 11 unique powers of lvl 1, 11 unique powers of lvl 2 through to -9, for a total of 99 powers (PP's permitting) or am I misinterpreting the text, or is there further guidance ? Thanks. |
| Eldritch_Lord08-30-07, 08:32 AM | No, unfortunately not. While badly worded, the "of each level" is supposed to mean that the restriction applies to all levels of powers, so whether you use all 1st level powers, all 9th level powers, or something in between, you're limited to 11 different unique powers in a given day. |
| Bacris08-30-07, 11:03 AM | It's a poorly edited line in a poorly edited book, unfortunately. It should be 11 total, not 11 of each level. Otherwise, the erudite is hands down better than the psion, except at the first few levels. |
