It says you get this many for each level (though I am almost certain that this is a typo and would not play a Erudite that way as a DM nor as a PC, the magazine version did have Unique powers per day per level). If you are DM than changing it would be ok on a trial basis, if you are a PC than talk to your DM about getting a version that works with a not so broken Erudite.
