shion 03-29-07, 11:53 AM	If you get a Psychic Chirurgery and learn a 9th level power ( as soon as you can afford/get one), using Expanded Knowledge would give you the opportunity to get 8th lvl powers? If that is right a PsyWar can become more powerfull, o maybe horrible abused? Ideas? Comments?

You can give a character knowledge of a power of any level that she can manifest, even if the power is not normally on the character’s power list. A psychic warrior never gains the ability to manifest 7th, 8th, or 9th level powers, regardless of his / her manifester level, since the highest "Maximum Power Level Known" of a PsyWar is 6.
