Example: A soulbow has phase arrow. Can she expend her psi focus and get the phase arrow with the extra damage from a psychic strike too?

Example 2: A psion has 2 metapsionic feats, can he apply them both to the same power? (expend focus and paying the extra pp, of course)

04-24-07, 01:50 PM No, hence the epic feat Epic Psionic Focus.

EPIC PSIONIC FOCUS [EPIC, PSIONIC]
You can expend your psionic focus to greater effect.
Prerequisites: Character level 21st, ability to manifest powers of the normal maximum power level in at least one psionic class.
Benefit: When you expend your psionic focus, you can simultaneously use two feats that require a psionic focus to be expended, instead of just one. The feats must be stackable. You must still spend the requisite power points required to use each metapsionic feat, and you cannot exceed the power point limit set by your manifester level.
Special: You can take this feat multiple times. Each time you do so, you can simultaneously use one additional feat that requires a psionic focus to be expended.

In addition to Bacris' answer, Psychic Strike has nothing to do with psionic focus. At all. She can already deal psychic strike damage with a phase arrow.

Question 2 was addressed in the FAQ at the top of the forum.

No, but you can expend two focuses (one yours, one from your psi-crystal with the Psy-Crystal Containment feat) in one round, even for the same action (to add 2 meta-psy feats to a power, for example). Other than that... there are epic feats.
