You gain access to new power levels one level earlier than normal for a psion, you can spend one extra power point above your manifester level on each manifested power, but you only gain one new power known at each even manifester level. alternatively, I thought that it could reduce the pp cost of all 2nd level and higher powers instead of expanding the number of pp you can spend, or maybe only expanding it for powers with costs that you could not otherwise manifest, but that means that the feat would lose all usefulness, it would in fact become a handicap, as you reached the highest levels of non-epic progression
angellis_ater 04-27-07, 03:45 AM	So, essentially this character gains the power progression of a Wilder, for the benefit of a permanent boost in "effective manifester level", which also nets him new powers one level earlier. I'm not all that sure about this...
