You get Wis Bonus # of feats. With a Wis of 16 you get 3 feats.
Say two of them provide 2pp + 3pp. You've just recharged the 3pp expenditure.
One feat left.

Then the feats return to other character.
Touch 'em again.
What happens ?!

I'd imagine when you lose the feats, you'd lose the ppts you gained from Psionic Talent, so you wouldn't really have recharged them.

Look at the example in the FAQ about extra turn attempts from a temporary (eagle's splendor) bonus to Charisma. Or what happens to a barbarian's hitpoint when he rages. You might "recharge" them temporarily, but you'd still end up without them when the feats go away, and if you spent them you'd lose more power points to make up the difference, possibly going into negative ppts. (which would matter if you somehow leeched more feats)

When you loose a feat you loose its benefit. If the feat is Psionic Talent the added points are the benefit of the feat so they go buh-bye when the feat does.

Depending on your DM, adding such feats may only make a difference if you have them when your pool replenishes. Some interpret gaining this feat as raising the capacity of your pool, your current points at any given moment may still be below this total. If your DM reads it this way, then you need a mindfeeder or someone else doing Bestow Power to take advantage of this increase. I tend to view it as your max and current points both increase instantly, because the poor guy you leeched the feat from looses these points instantaneously.

As a house rule, just to prevent abuse (such as a thrallherd lining up his thralls and leeching Psionic Talent 4 times from 5 of them) I also rule that you only gain as many points as the victim looses (when stacking the feat from multiple sources, plus any iterations of it you already possess the total gain can be much higher than the sum of all the victim's losses).

Make sense. The pp would be useful in emergency situations.
Otoh the Thrallherd or Leadership line-up with an Item of Feat Leech is just bonkers.
At 7th level, just Psy-ref all your 'drones' into the feat stacks you need.
Additionally, the power is not limited to your Wis bonus; that limit only applies to each separate touch.

Nice and toasty.
