I need feed back to know if these new powers would be acceptable, I've got the ok on the first two and posted them so you all can have a look.
I need help with the last one, form people who maybe a bit more experienced with psionic’s then myself. go easy on me it's my first attempt at a completely original power, and i really want to get it right. help me if you can.

Psionic Disguise Self
Illusion (Glamer)
Level: 1
Components: V, S
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Personal
Target: You
Duration: 10 min./Augmentable
Power points: 1

You make yourself—including clothing, armor, weapons, and equipment—look different. You can seem 1 foot shorter or taller, thin, fat, or in between. You cannot change your body type. For example, a human caster could look human, humanoid, or like any other human-shaped bipedal creature. Otherwise, the extent of the apparent change is up to you. You could add or obscure a minor feature or look like an entirely different person. The spell does not provide the abilities or mannerisms of the chosen form, nor does it alter the perceived tactile (touch) or audible (sound) properties of you or your equipment. A battleaxe made to look like a dagger still functions as a battleaxe. If you use this spell to create a disguise, you get a +10 bonus on the Disguise check. A creature that interacts with this glamer gets a Will save to recognize it as an illusion. For example, a creature that touched you and realized that the tactile sensation did not match the visual one would be entitled to such a save.
Augment: You can augment this power in one or all of the following ways.
1.* If you spend one additional power point into this manifestation the duration of the power increases by 10 min.
2.* If you spend two additional power point into this manifestation the DC increases by 1.
3.* If you spend two additional power points; at the start of the manifestation. The Psion, for duration of the power may change the look of the Glamer; (within the limits as noted above.) by expend his Psionic focus. Each time he wishes to changes the glamer he must expend his Psionic focus. (For Psionic Focus read the Gain Psionic Focus rules on pg 37 of the EPH.)

Psionic Prestidigitation
Level: Psion 1
Components: V, S
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: 10 ft. /Augmentable
Target, Effect, or Area: See text
Duration: 1 hour. /Augmentable (Read augments and ** below.)
1 hour/for an object.
Saving Throw: See text
Spell Resistance: No
Power points: 1
**Unfortunately this power take’s some level of concentration, in some cases concentration checks maybe needed throughout the duration of this power. Gaining and maintaining your Psionic focus will cancel any concentration checks you need to make under DC15 expending your focus cancels the effect of one concentration check above DC 15.

Prestidigitations are minor tricks that novice spell-casters use for practices, a small fraction of Psion’s have adopted their own form of this practice. Once manifested, a prestidigitation power enables you to perform simple magical effects for 1 hour. The effects are minor and have severe limitations. Prestidigitation can slowly lift 1 pound of material. It can color, clean, or soil items in a 1-foot cube each round. It can chill, warm, or flavor 1 pound of nonliving material. It cannot `deal damage or affect the concentration of spell-casters/Psionic. Prestidigitation can create small objects, but they look crude and artificial. The materials created by a prestidigitation spell are extremely fragile, and they cannot be used as tools, weapons, or any kind of components. Finally, prestidigitation lacks the power to duplicate any other spell effects. Any actual change to an object (beyond just moving, cleaning, or soiling) persists only 1 hour. Characters typically use prestidigitation to impress common folk, amuse children, and brighten dreary lives. Common tricks with prestidigitations include producing tinkling of ethereal music, brightening faded flowers, creating glowing balls that float over your hand, generating puffs of wind to flicker candles, spicing up aromas and flavors of bland food, and making little whirlwinds to sweep dust under rugs.
Augment: You can augment this power in one or all of the following ways.
1. * If you spend one additional power point into this manifestation, the duration of the power increases by 1 hour, actual changes to object rule stated above - noted in bold - still apply.
2. * If you spend one additional power point into this manifestation, the range increases by 5 ft.

Alish’s Devoted Psyche This is a note as so you won’t think I pompous, my real name is not Alish.
Level: Psion 4
Components: varies
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Personal or touch
Target, You or willing person
Duration: Concentration/Psionic focus (Read ** below.)
Saving Throw: (read * below)
Spell Resistance: No
Power points: 7
Caster = (manifester or spell-caster)
Enchantment = (powers or spell)

A Psion named Alish invented this power after carefully studying energy; Alish noted that Psionic and magical energy follows the same law as all other energy. It doesn’t disappear it disperses into something new. This power turns the mind into a sponge that reabsorbs this energy and then reapplies it.

This power allows you to turn a power with duration X to a power with duration X + concentration.
A caster affected by this power adds a concentration factor to the duration of the next enchantment used. Alish’s Devoted Psyche becomes activated at the end of the normal enchantments duration, * upon which the benefactor of this power must make a concentration check DC 12+ the enchantment level to maintain the enchantment. Should you fail the concentration check the benefits of Alish’s Devoted Psyche ends. **Hereafter concentration checks maybe needed throughout the duration of this power, follow the normal concentration rules in the PHB. (If there are no set rules the GM will set the DC.)
Only enchantments that have a target of YOU and a range of PERSONAL can benefit from this power.
EXAMPLE.( Enchantments such as Force Screen and Mirror Image could be used but Spider Clime or Affinity Field would not be allowed. Enchantment such as Astral Caravan which has a target of: You and touched willing creatures, then only the YOU applies.)

Psions have the option of Gaining and maintaining their Psionic Focus to aid them in this power. Maintaining their Psionic Focus will cancel any concentration checks that need to be made under DC15 expending your focus cancels the effect of one concentration check above DC 15, the Psion will have to make concentration checks as normal form this point on, or regain his Psionic Focus. This power will end if the caster fails his concentration check or attempts to cast another spell or power. (Uses of magical wands, scrolls, etc. are not prohibited and will not cause this power to automatically end, though the DM may require you to make a DC concentration check equal to that of the use magic devices DC.)

You might be using a definition of the word "original" that I was previously unaware of, but the first appears to be a simple cut and paste of a spell right down to retaining the school and components. Psionics does not use the arcane schools nor does any power have verbal or somatic components. As a manifester you don't cast spells you manifest powers. All powers also need to be assigned to a class list: general psion/wilder, specific psion discipline (not to be confused with the discipline to which each power is ascribed), ardent mantle, psychic warrior, etc. For example, one power might be: Clarisentience (discipline) and be on the psychic warrior list, another might be Metacreativity and be on the shaper list. Without these details no manifester will be able to learn these powers without spending a feat to grab a power not specifically on their list.
And if you look at all the 3.5 psionic resources you will find there is not one single power with anyone's name on it. That is an arcane convention. Psions don't pass on powers in spellbooks to each other the way mages do spells. Each manifester simply finds the ability within himself. Though presumably each and every power was, at some point, first manifest by someone, none of them retain the name of that person. When a telepath searches within his own psyche and first learns to manifest Mind Link, he really doesn't care what the name of the first being to manifest that power might have been because he didn't learn it from that person or from anyone for that matter. He doesn't even need to know that other psions exist before learning this power for himself.

Hey, if I spent my valuable time and XP researching a power, you better bet I'd call it something bad-ass like Hogarth's Giant Exploding Head of Deadly DOOM!!!! No vaguely futuristic-sounding crap like "Reddopsychomononucleosis" for me, no sirree! :ayyyy!:

EDIT: To answer the original poster's question, I think the Psionic Prestidigitation is fine. The Psionic Disguise Self is a bit odd; I can't think of any psionic illusions off the top of my head. The last one I'm not sure I understand -- it allows you to turn a power with duration X to a power with duration X + concentration, I guess? So you can keep Temporal Acceleration some power running all day as long as you concentrate?

How are you going to enforce that if the power goes into general use? Every mage has to acknowledge Rary every time he uses the Mnemonic Enhancer because his name is likely invoked in the verbal component. But every power in the XPH had to have been, at some point, used by someone for the first time. Even those with simple names like Stomp. So why don't we have a single gygaxian name? Because once a power is on a class list no one really cares who used it first, and absolutely nothing, much less the originator of the power, needs to be invoked.

To the OP: Step 1: Look at the way powers are formatted in the XPH and CPsi. Start with that so people can evaluate your powers for level, cost, range, duration, opportunity cost (whose list it is on), power point efficiency, etc. If we don't even have the frame of reference of it being written up as a 3.5 psionic power then it is hard to compare. By the CPsi convention flavor text is ahead of the main power description and italicized. I tend to label flavor text during development with: "Flavor Text:" to make it clear as a portion of the power that doesn't need to be evaluated mechanically.

So here is a standard 3.5 power format:

Name of Power (often different color than rest of text)
Discipline [descriptors] (e.g., Telepathy [compulsion])
Level: this line identifies the power list (shaper 5, psion/wilder 3, etc.)
Display:
Manifesting Time:
Range:
Target/Effect: as appropriate for the power.
Duration:
Saving Throw: type, result, or see text.
Power Resistance: Yes or no
Power Points: only the base cost is listed here, if the power has different levels on different lists then list them all.

flavor text generally goes next, offset by a space and italicized. Often omitted during development.

Main body of text explaining the power's effect. The mechanics are detailed here. It may go on for a while. May refer to a table that is printed separately.

Augmentation: goes last. List by cost and effect. Separate augmentations are numbered:
1. Cost gives you X
2. Cost gives you y

How are you going to enforce that if the power goes into general use?
With lawyers, of course. (Lawyers trained in Psicraft, that is.)

Yes captain obvious the first two powers I’ve posted are not of my own design but variations of spells. The augments that apply to them if you need me to spell it out are the original aspects of the power. So there you go, that should be the definition of “Original” you’re acquainted with.
As far as school, components and class list go for the first post; that was an oversight on my part, and thx for pointing it out. I think that the first power would fall under telepathy as a mind-affecting affect and obviously under the Psionic/ wilder class list.
Now as far as me looking at the 3.5 psionic resources to find “there is not one single power with anyone's name on it.” Yes I know, that’s the point of the character making a name for herself. Just because it hasn’t been done doesn’t suggest it can’t be.
Now let pretend that I didn’t know that Psion don’t learn by spell books and that their powers don’t just come to most of them, let’s also pretend that I don’t know about the Erudite class that learns their powers via research. So now it can be assumed that I think Psions pass on powers in spellbooks. Be it they did learn powers via spellbook or not, that doesn’t stop any Psion form seeing another Psion perform and original power and then trying to duplicated. And how do you think Psion come up with these universal names for powers. I think and this could be a wild guess, but logic states that someone named it, most likely the creator of the power. True being able to pull off a Psionic powers is a self discovery on the psions part but discovering an Original power and pulling off one are two different things.
The EPH doesn’t go into finite detail about how exactly new Psionic powers are learned.

I haven’t found any true Psionic illusion and the one that kina run alone those aspects are mind affecting affects, Cloud mind is a good example it make the target think you’re not there when you are. Not even blindsense works.
You just inadvertently answered my question, a Psionic Disguise Self would have to me a mind-affecting power. Thx

As for the last power, you hit it dead on. Not that you could manifest any other powers while concentration on one.

A power that changes your appearance can fall into:

Psychokinesis. The power would actually bend light, change colors, or otherwise morph the visual info as it leaves your face. An example of psychokinesis doing this is Control Light (Psion/Wilder 1). This would be a near direct port of the illusion spell.

Psychometabolism. The power actually makes minor changes in your appearance. It is not illusory, it is mind over body. Example: Chameleon (Egoist 2/Psychic Warrior 1) which actually changes the pigmentation of your skin (and your clothing and gear, for some reason).

Clairesentience. The power grants you the insight to make a disguise check as a standard action at +10. Advantage: In many cases a good mundane disguise is harder to bypass than an illusion. Disadvantage: You need makeup and props.

Telepathy. The power causes your target to perceive you differently. Examples include Cloud Mind and False Sensory Input. Advantage: If it works then it is very difficult to see through; if your target casts a spell to pierce the disguise you still control what he sees. Major disadvantage: If the subject makes the save then you are worse off for having tried to be stealthy. He will be put on alert by the failed attempt.

Metacreativity. A stretch, but the power could make a physical mask or props out of ectoplasm. Maybe a false nose, facial hair, a mole, whatever. In this case, it would allow you to make a disguise check without the need for a kit. You can already make plant-based makeup and facial appliances with Minor Creation, but this would be more specialized so it would be quicker.

Psychoportation. The power warps space to place the image of whomever or whatever you like in front of your face. A big stretch, and probably not low level.

I'd suggest that those augmentations should say that they apply for every additional expenditure. The way they're currently written, they'd only be able to be applied once.

For example, change:
"If you spend one additional power point into this manifestation the duration of the power increases by 10 min."

Into:
For every additional power point you spend, the duration of the power increases by 10 minutes.

Emphasis on the coloured parts; they make all the difference.

Have you seen the expanded psion class options from The Mind's Eye (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20070314a)? A couple of the options give you the same results as disguise self and prestidigitation, but without giving up on psionic's unique* flavor.

Because the expanded class options are divided by Discipline, it's impossible for one psion to get all of them. However, they're pretty easy to convert into powers.

Change Shape
Psychometabolism
Level: Egoist 1
Display: Material and olfactory
Manifesting Time: 1 round
Range: Personal
Target: You
Duration: 1 hour (D)
Power Points: 1

You can alter your appearance (but not your possessions). This ability is not an illusory effect, but a minor physical alteration of your facial features, skin color and texture, and size. You can seem 1 foot shorter or taller, thin, fat, or in between. You cannot change your body type. Otherwise, the extent of the apparent change is up to you. You could add or obscure a minor feature or look like an entirely different person.

You can change your appearance at will, as a full round action, and the alteration lasts until you change shape again. You revert to your natural form if killed. A true seeing spell reveals your natural form. When using this ability to create a disguise, you receive a +10 circumstance bonus on Disguise checks.

Augmentation: If you spend 6 additional power points, the duration of this power becomes 24 hours.

Energy Snap
Psychokinesis [see text]
Level: Psion/wilder 1
Display: Auditory and visual
Manifesting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Touch
Target: Creature or object touched; see text
Effect: A small burst of energy; see text
Duration: 1 hour
Saving Throw: None
Power Resistance: Yes
Power Points: 1

For the duration of this power, you can create small bursts of energy called energy snaps. Each time you create an energy snap you can choose a different energy type.

You can use energy snap as a weapon; if you succeed on a melee touch attack it deals 1d3 points of damage of the type of energy manifested. You can charge your touch with energy as a free action, allowing you to make iterative attacks and attacks of opportunity.

This ability is used more often on objects for other effects, depending on the type of energy manifested. Any indirect affect an energy snap has may last longer than the duration of this power, depending on circumstances (e.g., a forest fire started with a fiery energy snap may burn for days). Using an energy snap in these ways is usually a standard action.

Fire: This can warm food, provide a distraction, and of course start a fire.

Cold: This can chill food or a drink, make sure a campfire is out, and numb a bruise.

Electricity: This can give someone a jolt, startle an animal, or start a fire.

Sonic: This can startle someone up close or get someone's attention from far away.

*Unique in the context of D&D. Outside of D&D, most fantasy magicians more strongly resemble the psion class than the wizard class.
