| red_scare8705-26-07, 08:39 PM | Like this: Energy Storm Psychokinesis Level: Kineticist 7 Display: Auditory, Visual Manifesting Time: 1 Standard Action Range: Medium Area: Two ten foot cubes/manifester level Duration: Instantaneous Saving Throw: Reflex half Power Resistance: Yes Power Points: 13 When an energy storm power is manifested, the whole area is shot through with sheets of roaring energy. This energy does not harm natural vegetation, ground cover, and any plant creatures in the area that you wish to exclude from damage. Any other creature in the area takes 13d6 damage. Cold A storm of this energy type deals +1 point of damage per die. The saving throw to reduce damage from a cold storm is a Fortitude save instead of a Reflex save. Electricity Manifesting a storm of this energy type provides a +2 bonus to the save DC and a +2 bonus on manifester level checks for the purpose of overcoming power resistance. Fire A storm of this energy type deals +1 point of damage per die. Sonic A storm of this energy type deals -1 point of damage per die. If a creature fails the initial reflex save, they must then make a Fortitude save at the same DC or become deafened for 1d6 rounds. Augment For every additional power point you spend, this power’s damage increases by one die (d6). For each extra two dice of damage, this power’s save DC increases by 1. |
