Besides the Anarchic Initiate, are there any ful manifester prestige classes out there? Or any fixes to the older ones than allow for a full manifester (Psion Uncarnate maybe  )?

Nope. You can get one level of Elocator but you have to take Mobility and Spring Attack I believe.

'Fraid not. By the time that XPH came out, WOTC had wised up to allowing full-casting PrCs, even for magic-users. They're pretty rare now in new supplements (since to not take one is silly.) Just one more way in that psions are weaker than other types of casters.

Hyperconscious has a full-manifesting variant of the Metamind, which makes it actually playable.

Hyper's metamind loses 3 MLs instead of 5, but it still loses them... although it's front-loaded, so you can take 5 levels without losing a single ML.

It also has the ghostbreaker, 5 level, full progression PrC.

That's pretty much it for psionic PrCs unless you count some of the weird ones like the subverted psion from the Mind's Eye.

That's because I manifested Memory Sieve on you. :)

Only partial fix is take Practiced Manifester feat then you at least get Manifester levels for those in between levels just not additional powers & PP's.

There's the Subverted Psion (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20051125a). And it's 13 levels of full manifesting. You go crazy, though.

Cerebremancer? You only lose one for Illithid Slayer (and for what you get in return that's more than a good trade).

Cerebremancer?

You lose 3 MLs from Cerebremancer by having to take levels in a spellcasting class.

One if you use an early qualification trick.

Debatable on if it's a legal trick ;)
