How much time really passes in temporal acceleration [Archive] - Wizards Community

09-28-07, 04:37 PM I said that 1 round passes, but the augmentation increases the speed of the time frame you enter which is why you can accelerate for more than 1 round with augmentation. I'm just stabbing in the dark here though, anyone have any more specific ideas?

Lets say you manifeste temporal acceleration and spent four extra power points for an additional round. For you, 12 seconds have passed. For everyone else, less than one second has passed.

09-29-07, 12:52 AM Since everyone else seems completely motionless for a minimum of six seconds, your actions would have to take less than a fraction of a second. If I recall correctly, the human eye's equivalent framerate is somewhere in the region of 20 frames per second, so I guess if you're not even seeing motion on that level, you'd need to be acting in less than 1/120th of a second.
