The psicrystal is only serving as your hand to deliver the touch effect, but no other parameter of the power is changed. It is the same if you use your psicrystal to deliver Feat Leech: You gain the stolen psionic feats, your pet rock does not.

InkBlot 04-15-07, 12:27 AM	Wait, do you mean using Deliver Touch Powers (Su) or Channel Power (Sp)? When using Channel Power, the power is treated as if it were comming from the psicrystal. The psicrystal should take the damage absorbed with empathic transfer.
