jbsaff 09-16-07, 11:32 PM	One of the best suggestions that I have heard is to consider any PrC that advances manifesting (says "+1 level of existing manifesting class") as advancing both the manifesting and the mind blade. Thus, if you had a Soulknife 3/Psychic Warrior 3, you could go into the Slayer PrC and add every level that advances the manifesting to your effective Soulknife level for the purposes of mind blade enhancements. At 9th character level, you would be Soulknife 3/Psychic Warrior 3/Slayer 3, manifesting as a 5th level Psychic Warrior and with a mindblade like a 5th level Soulknife. Taken out to level 20, you would have a Soulknife 5/Psychic Warrior 5/Slayer 10, with BAB +16, 5th level powers as a 14th level Psychic Warrior, and using a mind blade as a 14th level Soulknife. I leave the effectiveness of such a build for others to speculate. You can replace Psychic Warrior with Wilder or Psion, just make sure you can still qualify for the PrC that you want. Using Wilder instead of Psychic Warrior, you can hit 7th level powers with the same BAB, though you would only know 8 powers instead of 14. Soulknife 3/Psion 7/Slayer 10 gives a BAB +15 and 8th level powers, with 30 powers known. Of course, this is all assuming that your DM will allow the +1 manifester levels to stack with your Soulknife levels. Make sure you check about this.
