| rice83002-24-07, 01:59 AM | ~So are there many good psionic books? Im going to be picking up XPH and The Complete Psionics, but are there any other books that have any good psionic prestige classes or anything? |
| pukunui02-24-07, 02:05 AM | I hate to break it to you, but there aren't many official psionics books. The XPH and CPsi are pretty much the only ones, and the latter book is questionable at best, absolutely dreadful at worst (while the XPH is arguably the most well-written book in the whole of 3.5 ...). |

Stormwind fallacy. You can do either, neither, or both just fine. The "instead" implies a false dichotomy. For example, I currently play a psion, and a wizard in another game. Both are very good at what they do. Both are also in-depth characters in terms of flavor. Essentially everyone involved in both games is in the same boat. There's no "instead" involved here. |
| Bacris02-24-07, 05:18 PM | Yup. There's absolutely no reason you can't have an optimized, flavorful, in-depth, blaster character. |
