Do you need to concentrate to manifest a linked power?

If you fail to concentrate through manifesting the orignal power, does the linked power also fail?

10-24-07, 01:29 PM You'd have to have solicit psicrystal, or the first power goes away when the second power is manifested (assuming both are concentration powers). If only one of the powers is concentration based, each works normally.
