Drained power points are available fo the lurk to use in the following round, but expire at the end of her next turn. It says the power points come from the target. Non-psionic creatures, and psionic creatures who only have psi-likes, don't have any power points for you to drain. So no, it wouldn't work on non-psionic creatures. |
| awaken_D_M_golem04-27-07, 04:14 PM | Personally, I play a broad interpretation of Psi-Magic transparency. The 1pp = 1st level slot, 3pp = 2nd level slot, etc. , isn't that difficult to figure out. Ooh, and the SRD has the Unearthed Arcana version of power points for casters. This might be quite controversial, though. Tricky is to decide whether a spell slot taken also takes the spell assigned to it. Sorcs and Bards, there's no problem. Those poor whiny little Clerics, Druids, and Wizards, well ... :weep: they don't ever want to loose. |
