Is there any way to manifest while raging?

No, none. Not without houserules. Manifesting a power requires concentration, and you can't do anything that requires concentration if you're raging.

The one way, and this is definitly a houserule, would be to convert the Rage Mage prestige class (from Complete Warrior) to psionics. Call it the Rage Manifester or something.

Do note, however, that you can use psionic feats while raging. Raging does not prevent you from doing something which expends your focus, such as using the Psionic Weapon feat to add +4d6 damage to a single attack. Raging also does not cause you to lose your psionic focus, meaning that you can still use feats like Up The Walls while raging.

There may also be a handful of other things you can use psionics for while raging, such as charging a deep crystal weapon. You can't manifest a power while raging, but manifesting powers is only one part of being psionic.

You cannot, however, regain your psionic focus while raging, since doing so requires a Concentration check. (Unless there's a way to do it that bypasses the Concentration check entirely... I can't think of anything off the top of my head though.)

Instant Clarity, from Tome Of Battle. If you hit with a strike maneuver, you instantly regain psionic focus (usable 3/day, IIRC).

But other than that you're right.

Edit: Never mind. I double checked, and Instant Clarity still requires a check. It won't work for a raging Barbarian.

When you are psionically focused, you can expend your focus on any single Concentration check you make thereafter. When you expend your focus in this manner, your Concentration check is treated as if you rolled a 15. It’s like taking 10, except that the number you add to your Concentration modifier is 15.

If you can expand your psionic focus while raging, and if you can expand your psionic focus to make a concentration check, then you could perhaps expand your psionic focus to manifest one power. But that'd be only to Manifest the power, even not manifesting defensively or keep your concentration.

That'd be a bit costy, and you would have to choose your power carefully! A barbarian/psychic warrior who could manifest Body Adjustment once during his fight if he's in a bad situtation...

Expending your psionic focus in no way allows you to manifest while raging, where did you get that idea?

Just because you can essentially "take 15" on a concentration check by expending your psionic focus doesn't mean you are suddenly allowed to "make a concentration check to manifest a power while raging" in the first place. It says quite clearly what you can and cannot do while raging.

Hmm... thought we were discussing about creating an house rule to allow manifesting while raging... Sorry if my house rule is not in the RAW...

It's debatable, but the *only* way, barring houserules, may involve Schism, if you interpret it in the two-minds sense as opposed to the extra-action sense.

By definition, since when is a houserule ever supported by the RAW?

My apologies, I hadn't realized you were proposing a houserule.

When the RAW is ambiguous and there are no official clarifications.

Isn't there a PrC in Hyperconscious that's for barbarian/wilders?

... Oh, Cerebral Rager still doesn't give you the ability to manifest while raging - it just gives you a new kind of rage that does allow manifesting. Cool PrC, though.
