StrongHead 08-19-07, 11:22 PM	Hello, everyone! ^_^ My Soulknife 7/War Mind 5 has been given the chance to buy a new magic item, and I have my eyes set on a Mind Blade Gauntlet, Lesser (MIC, pg 117) - not enough money to go for the regular, let alone the Greater... :( The item description says "When you expend your psionic focus while manifesting your mind blade, the blade gains the weapon property designated by the gauntlet. This effect lasts for 1 minute". The lesser gauntlet gives me a +1 property. My PC already has Mind Blade Enhancement +2 (thanks to the feat Practiced Mind Blade from Dragon magazine #341). My (obvious) questions is: will the ability granted by the gauntlet stack with the one(s) my PC already have? Currently I have Keen and Psychokinetic. Let's say I exchange these two +1 abilitites for one +2 ability (say, Psychokinetic Burst) and get a Keen Mind Blade Gauntlet, would I then have a Keen Psychokinetic Burst mind blade (even if it's just for 1 minute)? For my DM's sake, and my own, I want to have a clear understanding of this. :)
Tedronai 08-20-07, 12:19 AM	So long as you don't try to give your mind blade the same quality twice (which, by the way, won't work anyway), there is no stacking to take place, and so nothing to cause a problem.
